The location was GREAT. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had multiple options. The hotel offered maps and recommendations for dinner.
The soundproofing was lacking. I could easily hear noise from both outside and inside the building, almost as if the walls were paper-thin, a bit distracting sometimes.

The staff helped greatly with directions to local attractions. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, including fresh pastries and fruit. The parking facility was indeed convenient, especially since i had a rental car. I found the hotel to be clean and well kept.

the hotel is located close to the plaza maggiore. a good variety of restaurants are also nearby. the rooms are spacious (at least my classic double or twin room was) and well equipped. the receptionists were helpful.
i could easily hear my neighbors. i also heard a lot of outdoor noise. it did not prevent me from sleeping (thank goodness), but i found it distracting while awake.

The breakfast had an very nice selection. Everything I tried tasted delicious, even the coffee. Fluffy bright white towels were in the room. A little lounge area provided a welcome space for organizing before my departure. The bed was comfortable and newly refurbished rooms had everything I needed after exploring the city.
Soundproofing was a real issue. It seemed like walls and windows were made of paper.

I found the breakfast options great! there was a good variety available, so i could try different things each morning. the location was perfect. I could easily walk to many attractions and restaurants. the staff were super friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile!

The room I got was smaller than expected. It felt a bit cramped, even for a short stay. there was noise at night , made it hard to sleep. I think the walls are too thin because I could hear other guests. I hoped for a quieter experience.
